CME Information

Physicians

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Institute for the Advancement of Human Behavior (IAHB) and the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health (ISSWSH). The IAHB is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The IAHB designates this live activity for a maximum of 19.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Recognition by the AMA and EACCME

All CME activities approved by the American Medical Association (AMA) are recognized by the European counterpart, the EACCME. Vice-versa all CME activities approved by the EACCME are valid for recognition by the American Medical Association (AMA) towards the Physician's Recognition Award (PRA).

Psychologists

This course is co-sponsored by Amedco and ISSWSH. Amedco is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Amedco maintains responsibility for this program and its content. 19.25 hours.

AASECT – American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists

This program meets the requirements of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) and is approved for 19 AASECT CE Credits. These CE Credits may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification.

Target Audience

Potential attendees of the courses include (but or not limited to) physicians, psychologists, residents, students, nurse practitioners, physical therapists and sex therapists.

Instructional Level

The instructional Level of this course is advanced. 

Satisfactory completion

Participants must complete an attendance/evaluation form in order to receive a certificate of completion/attendance. Your chosen sessions must be attended in their entirety. Partial credit of individual sessions is not available.
