Sabrina Martucci Johnson is the Founder and CEO of Daré Bioscience (NASDAQ:DARE), a purpose-driven health biotech with the sole focus of closing the gap between promising science and real solutions in women’s health. Prior to founding Daré, Sabrina was President of WomanCare Global Trading, a global provider of women’s health products, CFO/CAO of the California Institute for Biomedical, CFO/COO of Cypress Bioscience, Inc. (NASDAQ:CYPB), held marketing positions with Advanced Tissue Sciences, and began her career in the biotechnology industry as a research scientist with Baxter Healthcare. Sabrina has a Master of International Management with honors from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird); a MSc. in Biochemical Engineering from the University of London, University College London; and a BSc. in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University, magna cum laude. Sabrina currently serves on the boards of ATAI Life Sciences, a publicly-traded biopharmaceutical company aiming to transform the treatment of mental health disorders, BIOCOM California board chair, and BIO board member. She was recognized as one of Fierce Pharma’s Most Influential People in Biopharma for contributions to innovation and advocacy in the women’s health space.

Dr. Sameena Rahman is a board-certified OB/GYN, sex-med gynecologist, menopause specialist and a clinical assistant professor of OB/GYN at the Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine. She is the founder of the GYN & Sexual Medicine Collective, a concierge practice affiliated with Ms. Medicine that emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based a nd trauma-informed care.
Dr. Rahman hosts the podcast Gyno Girl Presents: Sex, Drugs & Hormones and will release her first book, Brown Girls Disease? A Guide To Sexual Health and Empowerment through a South Asian Lens in 2026.
With the prestigious designation of ISSWSH Fellow (IF) from the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health, Dr. Rahman is recognized as a leader in advancing innovative approaches to sexual pain and dysfunction. She serves on the ISSWSH Board of Directors, chairs its Scientific Committee, and contributes as faculty for professional courses. She is also a Menopause Society Certified Physician, serves on the Educational Committee of The Menopause Society and is Director of Gynecology for Ms. Medicine. In addition, she is on the faculty of HERMedicine, a nonprofit dedicated to educating clinicians in women’s health.
Through her podcast Gyno Girl Presents: Sex, Drugs & Hormones—named after her popular Instagram handle @GynoGirl—Dr. Rahman is redefining conversations around women’s health. The show explores topics such as postpartum recovery, menopause, sexual wellness, and pelvic health with depth, humor, and humanity. Her mission: to educate, empower, and help women embrace self-love while navigating every stage of life.
A sought-after voice in the field, Dr. Rahman has participated in and hosted numerous speaking engagements and panels focused on perimenopause, menopause, and women’s empowerment. Her recent appearances include Let’s Talk Menopause, Menopalooza, M Factor, Midlife Menopause, BIÂN, East Bank Club, and the upcoming docuseries BALANCE: A Perimenopause Journey, premiering in January 2026.
A native of North Carolina, Dr. Rahman earned her B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Women’s Studies from Duke University and her M.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Massachusetts, later joining the University of Southern California’s Keck School of Medicine as faculty, where she specialized in resident education and surgical simulation training. Her passion for global women’s health led her to participate in numerous international medical missions and collaborate with the World Health Organization (WHO) in Switzerland.
Dr. Rahman has also served on faculty at the University of Chicago and NorthShore University HealthSystem, where she continued to champion equity and access in women’s health care.
She is a member of the Forbes Health Advisory Board, advising on content that helps consumers make informed and confident wellness decisions. She also serves on the Board of Directors for HEART Women and Girls, a national nonprofit advancing sexual health, reproductive justice, and gender equity for marginalized Muslim communities, and on the Advisory Board for Flo Health, where she contributes to evidence-based health education.

Dr. Rahman resides in Chicago with her husband and three children. When she’s not seeing patients or speaking on women’s health, she can be found running outdoors year-round or traveling with her family.
