
Meet the Faculty

Dr. Jandra Mueller serves as Education Chair for the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health (ISSWSH), where she also sits on the Scientific Committee and reviews for the Journal of Sexual Medicine and Sexual Medicine Reviews. She is a pelvic floor physical therapist specializing in complex pelvic pain and sexual health, practicing at SHEFit Physical Therapy in San Diego, CA. She holds a DPT from Pacific University and an MS in Integrative Health & Nutrition. A published author and co-creator of the continuing education course Endometriosis 101: Moving Towards Better Care, her passion for pelvic health extends to crocheting anatomical models!

Dr. Chailee Moss is a board certified gynecologist at the Centers for Vulvovaginal Disorders in Washington, D.C. She first became interested in vulvovaginal disorders at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned an M.D. in 2013. She engaged in research on pain and gynecologic surgery during residency training in Ob/Gyn at The Ohio State University. Upon graduation, Dr Moss joined the faculty at Johns Hopkins University where she continued to research pain in gynecology. In 2023 she joined the Centers for Vulvovaginal Diseases where her work and research focus on conditions that cause vulvar pain.

Jordan Emont, MD, MPH, ScM, MSCP, is a board-certified OB/GYN specializing in menopause medicine. He is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, Stanford University Adjunct Clinical Faculty, and an ISSWSH Educational Committee member. Dr. Emont founded Meridian Medical, a concierge practice focused on complex menopause and women's longevity, and practices general OB/GYN at Ravenswood Family Medical Center in the Bay Area. He trained at Brown University (MD), Yale University (MPH), and completed residency at Columbia University/NewYork-Presbyterian. He also produces bilingual (English/Spanish) medical education content reaching over 110,000 followers across social platforms.

Aleece Fosnight, MSPAS, PA-C, CSC, CSE, MSCP, IF, HAES is a nationally recognized physician associate and sexuality counselor specializing in urology, sexual medicine, pelvic health, and gender-affirming care. She earned her Master of Science in PA Studies from the University of Kentucky in 2011 and completed a postgraduate certificate in sexuality counseling and education at the University of Michigan in 2014.
In June 2020, she founded the Fosnight Center for Sexual Health in Asheville, North Carolina, a pioneering interdisciplinary practice dedicated to providing inclusive, patient-centered sexual medicine and pelvic healthcare.
PA Fosnight is a certified sexuality counselor and educator through AASECT, a nationally certified menopause practitioner, and a Health at Every Size®-aligned medical provider. Her care philosophy is rooted in trauma-informed, kink-aware, and gender-diversity frameworks.
She serves on multiple local, state, and national advisory boards, is a sought-after national speaker, a guest lecturer for PA and medical school programs across the country, and a medical advisor for Aeroflow Urology and Uberlube. Through education, advocacy, innovation, and compassionate care, she is transforming how sexual health is approached in clinical practice.

Dr. Caroline Pukall is a Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Sexual Health, Professor of Psychology, Director of the Sexual Health Research Laboratory, and Director of the Sex and Relationship Therapy Service in the Department of Psychology at Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada. Her research focuses on genitopelvic dysesthesias, specifically vulvodynia and persistent genital arousal disorder, and other aspects of sexual wellbeing. Over her career, she has published 170+ articles, several books, and 46 chapters; she has been involved in more than 600 presentations; and she has obtained several million dollars in research funding.
